pjwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.
Your pjwin account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account or allow another person to use your account is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjwin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

pjwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. pjwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pjwin account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pjwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pjwin aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
pjwin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been fully verified. pjwin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on the pjwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pjwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
pjwin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Where bonus abuse is detected, pjwin reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.
pjwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the current terms of any promotion before participating.
All game outcomes on the pjwin Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG ensures that each game result is independent, random, and not influenced by previous outcomes or any external factors. pjwin's RNG systems are subject to regular testing and certification to ensure compliance with applicable fairness standards.
Each game available on the pjwin Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, pjwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. pjwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount. The decision of pjwin's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
pjwin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

pjwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pjwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pjwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pjwin will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
